The Resource Committee, established in the 1930s, designed a logo and used it in its state-owned companies, they then added the word "resources" under the concentric circles of the three rings to represent the Resource Committee of the Executive Yuan. Now that the Resource Committee has been reorganized into the State-owned Business Committee of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Logo is the same as the trademark that has been used since then.Designers at TAIWANIZE took inspiration of the logo and then maked a design out of it so that Taiwanese people who have forgotten this period of history can recognize it again.
