Return Policy (Outside R.O.C.)

Q1. Can I request a return or an exchange if I order the wrong product?
A1. We are unable to provide return policy for areas outside R.O.C. If, for any reason, you need to exchange a product, please send us an e-mail and we'll deal with each case individually. Extra mailing fees may apply.

Q2. Can I return or exchange a defective product?
A2. Yes. Send us an e-mail with the order number with a photograph of the defect, and we'll deal with each case individually. (Note: colors may vary slightly from the pictures online.)

Q3. Under what circumstances am I able to exchange a product?
A3. If a mistake has been made during manufacturing or distribution, TAIWANIZE will gladly work with the costumer to fix the situation.

Q4. How long does an exchange usually take?
A4. After the service department receiving the product, it usually takes around seven working days.
