1. Please confirm the product style, color, and size before purchasing.
2. Always follow the instructions on the care label. Washing requirements may vary depending on the fabric, dyeing and finishing process, print, embroidery, or decorative details.
3. Once you have decided to keep the item, we recommend washing it before its first wear.
4. Dark, vivid, denim, or specially dyed items may release excess dye or transfer color during the first few wears or washes, even after color-setting treatment. This may occur due to the fabric, dye, soaking, moisture, perspiration, or friction.
5. For the first wash, wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out, place it in a laundry bag, and machine wash. Do not pour detergent directly onto the garment. Do not hand-rub, soak for extended periods, bleach, or tumble dry. Do not wash with white or light-colored garments or materials that absorb color easily.
6. Remove dark-colored items promptly after washing and hang them to dry. Do not leave them wet, stacked, or sitting in the washing machine for extended periods, as this may cause color transfer, staining, or odors.
7. During the first few wears, avoid prolonged contact between dark, denim, or highly saturated colors and white or light-colored clothing, bags, shoes, sofas, car seats, or other materials that absorb color easily. Take extra care when the garment is damp or exposed to perspiration or friction.
8. Color transfer or staining of other garments, accessories, footwear, bags, furniture, or belongings caused by mixed washing, prolonged soaking, stacking while wet, or failure to follow the care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Do not iron directly over printed, embroidered, rubberized, heat-transferred, or decorative areas.
10. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
11. Keep the garment away from bleach, strong detergents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye or perming products, medicated creams, and other chemicals, as these may cause localized fading, discoloration, or fabric damage.
12. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted if the product shows signs of wear beyond normal inspection, creasing from use, stains, odors, washing, removed tags, or any other condition that affects resale.
13. Items purchased online are eligible for return within the seven-day statutory inspection period. This period is not a trial period. Returned items must be new, unused, and unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection—including odors, stains, washing, removed tags, or any condition affecting resale—return eligibility will be determined based on its actual condition.
14. Items purchased at a physical store are not covered by the seven-day online shopping inspection period because customers can confirm the style, color, size, and condition in person. Returns and exchanges are handled according to the store notice and the actual condition of the item.
