Always follow the care label attached to the garment. Care instructions may vary depending on the fabric, dyeing, printing, embroidery or other decorative techniques used.
Once you have decided to keep the item, we recommend washing it before first wear.
Dark, vivid or specially dyed colors may release some excess dye during the first few wears or washes, particularly when exposed to moisture, perspiration or friction.
For the first wash, we recommend washing separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry net before machine washing. Do not scrub by hand, soak for extended periods, bleach or tumble dry.
Remove dark-colored garments promptly after washing and allow them to dry fully. Do not leave wet garments sitting, stacked or inside the washing machine for extended periods.
During the first few wears, avoid prolonged contact between dark or highly saturated colors and white, light-colored or other materials that may easily absorb dye.
Do not iron directly over printed, embroidered, screen-printed, heat-transferred or other decorative areas. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Keep garments away from bleach, strong cleaning agents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye or perming products, and other chemicals that may cause discoloration or fabric damage.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if an item shows signs of wear, creasing from use, stains, odors, washing, removed tags or any other condition that affects its resale value.
Taiwan domestic online orders may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery; this is an inspection period, not a trial period. International orders are eligible for exchange assistance only and are not returnable. Returned or exchanged items must remain new, unused and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
