VIP Membership Policy

This page explains TAIWANIZE membership tiers, member benefits, upgrade requirements, renewal rules, store credit, points, and related terms. If anything is unclear or disputed, the full policy below and the system’s final record will prevail.

Program Update Notice

This Membership Policy was revised and officially took effect on March 15, 2026. From that date forward, all membership eligibility, upgrades, renewals, and related benefits are governed by this version. Any previous version ceased to apply once the new program took effect.

※ The new VIP membership program officially took effect on March 15, 2026.

※ Under the revised program, Regular Members and VIP Silver Members remain lifetime tiers. VIP Gold, VIP Platinum, VIP Titanium, and VIP Diamond Members will be automatically evaluated, upgraded, renewed, or adjusted by the system based on the applicable validity period and renewal rules for each tier.

※ For member accounts created before the new program took effect, TAIWANIZE will carry over, convert, or reassess membership status based on complete member data and valid purchase records recognized by the system. If member information is incomplete, missing, duplicated, or cannot be properly recognized by the system, please contact TAIWANIZE Customer Service for assistance. TAIWANIZE may merge accounts, correct records, or take other necessary action based on the actual situation.

Upgrade & Renewal Highlights

How Upgrades Work

Membership tiers are automatically determined based on the valid cumulative spend recorded in the member account during each tier’s applicable qualification period. Once the upgrade requirement is met, the system will automatically update the member tier at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day.

Tier Validity

Regular Members and VIP Silver Members are lifetime tiers. VIP Gold, VIP Platinum, and VIP Titanium are valid for 24 months. VIP Diamond is valid for 30 months.

How Renewals Work

Each VIP tier must meet its renewal threshold within the applicable validity period. If the original tier is not renewed, the system will automatically reassess the member’s tier based on valid cumulative spend recorded during the corresponding period.

Reset After Upgrade or Renewal

The qualifying order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not continue to count toward the next upgrade or renewal cycle. After qualification is reached, the next cycle restarts from zero.

Refunds or Returns May Affect Membership Status

If an order is refunded or returned and the final valid purchase amount no longer meets the original tier or upgrade requirement, the membership tier will be automatically reassessed and adjusted by the system.

Store Credit & Points Rules

Store Credit

  • Store credit refers to the credit issued to a successfully registered member account through TAIWANIZE stores or website, including but not limited to signup store credit, birthday store credit, and purchase reward store credit.
  • Store credit is denominated in New Taiwan Dollars. NT$1 in store credit equals NT$1 in value.
  • Store credit is non-cashable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be assigned to another account or individual.
  • Typical validity periods are 30 days for signup credit, 60 days for purchase reward credit, and 45 days for birthday credit.
  • If store credit is used on a website order and that order is later returned, the used credit will not be returned to the member account.

Member Points

  • Once registered as a Regular Member or above and after membership becomes active, the member may begin earning points.
  • Members earn 200 points for every NT$1,000 spent in a single eligible purchase at TAIWANIZE stores or on the website.
  • Every 500 points may be redeemed for NT$25.
  • Points expire on June 30 of the following year and will not be reinstated after expiration.
  • If points are used on a website order and that order is later returned, the used points will not be returned to the member account.

Important Notes

  • Membership status, tiers, store credit, points, birthday benefits, exclusive offers, event eligibility, and all other member benefits are promotional benefits offered by TAIWANIZE under the then-current program rules, and do not create any vested right to any specific benefit content, value, duration, delivery method, or continued availability.
  • TAIWANIZE may adjust, suspend, or terminate all or part of the membership program, tier thresholds, reward ratios, points rules, store credit rules, birthday benefits, free shipping thresholds, or any other member benefits at any time based on operations, systems, legal requirements, promotions, or market conditions, without any obligation to compensate, cash out, exchange, or pay damages.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring that their email address, mobile number, and membership profile are current and able to receive notifications. If a notice is not received due to incorrect member information, failure to update, spam filtering, system blocking, device settings, or any other reason not attributable to TAIWANIZE, such non-receipt does not affect the validity of the notice, announcement, benefit issuance, timing, expiration, or any policy change.
  • If TAIWANIZE reasonably determines that a member has abused the program, circumvented restrictions, engaged in abnormal transactions, arbitrage, duplicate registrations, impersonation, exploitation of system loopholes, non-ordinary consumer behavior, or any conduct that harms TAIWANIZE or other members, TAIWANIZE may, without prior notice, suspend, cancel, adjust, or recover that member’s status, cumulative spending, store credit, points, coupons, and any related benefits.
  • Priority access to limited items, custom order eligibility, member gifts, exclusive promotions, exclusive extra-discount campaigns, and similar benefits may be affected by inventory, quotas, campaign rules, region, sales channel, tier, eligibility requirements, or system restrictions. Actual details are subject to the applicable announcement and on-site or system display. When quantities are limited, benefits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and TAIWANIZE does not guarantee that every eligible member will receive them.

Full Membership Policy

The complete TAIWANIZE Membership Policy is set out below.

1. Introduction to the TAIWANIZE Membership Policy

The purpose of the TAIWANIZE Membership Policy is to clearly explain and define the terms under which you register as a TAIWANIZE member, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties when you use the membership services provided by TAIWANIZE Nai Zhi Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. and/or its designated related channels.

This TAIWANIZE Membership Policy, and any future revised, added, or deleted versions of it, may be updated and announced from time to time. TAIWANIZE reserves the right to modify membership benefits, service content, applicable conditions, and related policies at any time.

Please be sure to read and fully understand this Membership Policy before applying to become a TAIWANIZE member. This Membership Policy relates to your rights and obligations and may impose terms and limitations on your use of the service. By submitting a registration application through the TAIWANIZE membership registration process, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all of the contents of this Membership Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Membership Policy, please stop the registration process.

2. Membership Services

You must complete the membership registration process required by this Membership Policy, provide your real name, email address, and mobile phone number, and complete account verification and binding before you may successfully become a member and enjoy the membership services offered by TAIWANIZE.

Membership registration may be completed with assistance from staff at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores, or by registering yourself on the TAIWANIZE official website.

After becoming a member, when shopping at a TAIWANIZE directly operated store, if you provide the real name used at registration, the verified and linked email address, the verified and linked mobile phone number, or if you shop on the official website while logged into your membership account, and that order is not refunded or returned, you may enjoy membership services and related benefits including cumulative purchase amount recognition.

Members at VIP Silver level and above will receive store credit, member points, and other related benefits in accordance with this Membership Policy. Members may use such benefits at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and on the TAIWANIZE official website within the applicable validity period and subject to the relevant terms and restrictions.

When using membership benefits, members must comply with the terms attached to such benefits and this Membership Policy. Certain products may not be eligible for redemption with store credit, points, or other promotional discounts under specific circumstances.

3. Effectiveness and Updates of the Membership Policy

This Membership Policy becomes effective once you complete the application and submit your registration.

To the extent lawful and while taking into account the interests of both consumers and TAIWANIZE, TAIWANIZE reserves the right to periodically adjust, modify, add to, or delete the Membership Policy, membership tiers, membership services, and related benefits. If this Membership Policy is updated, TAIWANIZE will notify members via the email address provided by the member or via announcement on the TAIWANIZE official website. Any change to this Membership Policy will take effect three days after the date of notice or announcement, or on the effective date specified in the relevant announcement.

Members are responsible for regularly reviewing relevant updates on the official website announcement page. If you do not agree to any part of an updated Membership Policy, please stop using TAIWANIZE membership services before that update takes effect. If you continue to use TAIWANIZE membership services after an update takes effect, you will be deemed to have fully accepted the relevant adjustments, modifications, and updated version.

When you register as a member or use membership services, you also agree to comply with all other terms, conditions, and rules related to such services, including but not limited to the TAIWANIZE Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

4. Membership Registration

You must complete the membership registration process either by operating through the TAIWANIZE official website yourself or by applying through staff at a directly operated store. The process includes the following:

  • Read, understand, and accept this Membership Policy.
  • Provide your real name.
  • Verify and bind your mobile phone number.
  • Verify and bind your email address.
  • Provide any other necessary personal information.

You must ensure that all information submitted when applying for membership is accurate, complete, and not missing; otherwise, TAIWANIZE reserves the right to reject the application or cancel your registration. Personal information provided to TAIWANIZE will be protected in accordance with the TAIWANIZE Privacy Policy. In principle, each user may apply for and register only one membership account. If TAIWANIZE determines that a user has repeatedly applied, created multiple membership accounts, or engaged in other irregular behavior, TAIWANIZE may cancel the account and the cumulative spending amount and membership benefits associated with it.

The cumulative spending amount and membership qualifications under a member account may not be transferred, loaned, inherited, or used for any purpose other than ordinary consumption with TAIWANIZE. If a member violates this Membership Policy, the member shall bear any resulting consequences and all related responsibilities. Members must properly safeguard their account and password. Any act or purchase made through your account will be deemed to have been made by you, and the registrant and account holder shall bear all related legal responsibility.

TAIWANIZE reserves the right at any time, in accordance with applicable law and this Membership Policy, to review the validity of your registration information and may suspend or cancel your membership qualification and all related services based on the results of such review.

5. Membership Qualification

Membership tiers are automatically determined based on the valid cumulative spending amount within the applicable period for each tier recorded in the member account. Members who meet the requirements and applicable timing for a given tier may enjoy the corresponding membership benefits and promotional rights. The specific benefits and rights for each tier remain subject to TAIWANIZE’s updated announcements from time to time.

6. Membership Tier Requirements

Regular Member

Any person who completes the required registration process under this Membership Policy becomes a Regular Member.

VIP Silver Member

  • Complete the required registration process under this Membership Policy.
  • Accumulate valid actual spending of NT$5,000 within any 12 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.

Members who meet the above requirements will be automatically updated to VIP Silver Member status by the system at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the spending threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day.

VIP Gold Member

  • Complete the required registration process under this Membership Policy.
  • Accumulate valid actual spending of NT$12,000 within any 24 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.

Members who meet the above requirements will be automatically updated to VIP Gold Member status by the system at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the spending threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day. Regular Members and VIP Silver Members may also be upgraded automatically based on the applicable cumulative valid spending amount.

VIP Platinum Member

  • Complete the required registration process under this Membership Policy.
  • Accumulate valid actual spending of NT$24,000 within any 24 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.

Members who meet the above requirements will be automatically updated to VIP Platinum Member status by the system at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the spending threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day. Regular Members, VIP Silver Members, and VIP Gold Members may also be upgraded automatically based on the applicable cumulative valid spending amount.

VIP Titanium Member

  • Complete the required registration process under this Membership Policy.
  • Accumulate valid actual spending of NT$48,000 within any 24 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.

Members who meet the above requirements will be automatically updated to VIP Titanium Member status by the system at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the spending threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day. Regular Members, VIP Silver Members, VIP Gold Members, and VIP Platinum Members may also be upgraded automatically based on the applicable cumulative valid spending amount.

VIP Diamond Member

  • Complete the required registration process under this Membership Policy.
  • Accumulate valid actual spending of NT$100,000 within any 30 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.

Members who meet the above requirements will be automatically updated to VIP Diamond Member status by the system at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the spending threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day. Regular Members, VIP Silver Members, VIP Gold Members, VIP Platinum Members, and VIP Titanium Members may also be upgraded automatically based on the applicable cumulative valid spending amount.

The qualifying valid actual spending amount used to complete a membership upgrade will not be counted toward the next upgrade or renewal requirement. In other words, once a member upgrades to a new tier, the cumulative spending amount for the next upgrade or renewal starts again from zero.

Before the daily system-triggered upgrade or renewal process at 24:00, valid spending at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and the official website may continue to accumulate. The system will directly determine the highest tier for which the member qualifies based on total valid actual spending at that settlement point. The system will not upgrade members tier by tier repeatedly; instead, it will apply the highest eligible tier directly.

Please refer to Section 9 regarding “actual spending, cumulative spending amount, and the use of store credit.”

If, after becoming or upgrading to VIP Silver level or above, an order is refunded or returned such that the final valid actual spending amount or cumulative spending amount no longer satisfies the original tier or upgrade requirement, the member’s tier will be automatically reassessed and adjusted by the system.

Malicious orders, malicious returns or exchanges, and other transactions or disputed spending amounts that do not comply with principles of good faith will not be included in valid actual spending or cumulative spending after review by TAIWANIZE. TAIWANIZE also reserves the right to cancel, reduce, or adjust valid actual spending and cumulative spending amounts in a member account under special circumstances.

Carryover, conversion, or account merging for existing memberships established before the new program took effect shall be handled in accordance with TAIWANIZE’s announcements at the relevant time and the system’s determination.

7. Membership Validity Period

Regular Members / VIP Silver Members

Regular Members and VIP Silver Members are lifetime tiers. However, TAIWANIZE still reserves the right under this Membership Policy, account irregularities, misuse, inaccurate information, or other special circumstances to cancel, void, reduce, or adjust membership qualification and validity.

VIP Gold Member

The VIP Gold tier is valid for 24 months. For new entry, upgrade, renewal, or downgrade to VIP Gold, the validity period begins on the date the system update takes effect and lasts for 24 months.

VIP Platinum Member

The VIP Platinum tier is valid for 24 months. For new entry, upgrade, renewal, or downgrade to VIP Platinum, the validity period begins on the date the system update takes effect and lasts for 24 months.

VIP Titanium Member

The VIP Titanium tier is valid for 24 months. For new entry, upgrade, renewal, or downgrade to VIP Titanium, the validity period begins on the date the system update takes effect and lasts for 24 months.

VIP Diamond Member

The VIP Diamond tier is valid for 30 months. For new entry, upgrade, renewal, or downgrade to VIP Diamond, the validity period begins on the date the system update takes effect and lasts for 30 months.

If a member does not meet the renewal condition for the original tier when the validity period ends, the system will automatically reassess the applicable membership tier based on valid cumulative spending recorded within the corresponding period.

8. Renewal Method

Regular Members / VIP Silver Members

Regular Members and VIP Silver Members are lifetime tiers unless otherwise changed by TAIWANIZE announcement or adjusted under this Membership Policy.

VIP Gold Member Renewal

A VIP Gold Member who accumulates valid spending of NT$10,000 within the 24-month validity period at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website will automatically renew as VIP Gold Member when the original validity period expires. The renewed validity period is 24 months, beginning the day after expiration.

VIP Platinum Member Renewal

A VIP Platinum Member who accumulates valid spending of NT$20,000 within the 24-month validity period at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website will automatically renew as VIP Platinum Member when the original validity period expires. The renewed validity period is 24 months, beginning the day after expiration.

VIP Titanium Member Renewal

A VIP Titanium Member who accumulates valid spending of NT$40,000 within the 24-month validity period at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website will automatically renew as VIP Titanium Member when the original validity period expires. The renewed validity period is 24 months, beginning the day after expiration.

VIP Diamond Member Renewal

A VIP Diamond Member who accumulates valid spending of NT$80,000 within the 30-month validity period at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website will automatically renew as VIP Diamond Member when the original validity period expires. The renewed validity period is 30 months, beginning the day after expiration.

The qualifying order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not be included in the next upgrade or renewal threshold. In other words, after an upgrade or renewal is completed, the cumulative spending amount for the next cycle starts from zero. After renewal is completed, spending records generated before the renewal date may not be counted toward the next membership upgrade.

9. Actual Spending, Cumulative Spending Amount, and Use of Store Credit

Actual Spending and Cumulative Spending Amount

Once a member has completed registration and become a member, purchases made at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and on the official website will be counted based on the actual amount paid as the cumulative spending amount (fractions of New Taiwan Dollars will not be counted). Valid cumulative spending amounts from directly operated stores and the official website will be automatically updated by the system after checkout at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the same day, effective at 00:00 the following day. If goods are returned or refunded, including partial returns or refunds, the canceled portion of that order will not be counted toward valid actual spending or cumulative spending.

Members should regularly log in to the TAIWANIZE official website member center to review order history and cumulative spending amounts.

After Registration or Upgrade

At TAIWANIZE directly operated stores, before checkout, members must actively request that their purchase be counted toward cumulative spending and show the logged-in member center page, or provide the correctly verified and bound phone number or email address for purchase accumulation. If accumulation errors occur because the information provided was not verified, was incorrect, involved duplicate accounts, or the real name cannot be provided, the resulting loss shall be borne by the consumer. No post-purchase adjustment requests will be accepted after checkout is completed.

On the TAIWANIZE official website, after a member completes checkout, the system will automatically update and activate the member tier at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the same day, effective at 00:00 the following day. Shipping charges, amounts offset by store credit, and amounts reduced by discount codes are not included in actual spending or cumulative spending.

The Following Situations Do Not Generate Any Actual or Cumulative Spending Amount

  • Purchases not made through TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the TAIWANIZE official website.
  • Any spending incurred before successfully becoming a TAIWANIZE member or before the membership becomes effective.
  • Special designated products excluded by TAIWANIZE announcement from time to time.
  • Shipping charges or other service fees arising under special circumstances, such as exchange shipping fees.
  • Gifts or giveaways during special promotional campaigns.
  • Products purchased with employee discounts, special coupons/cards, or transactions identified as group buys.

If a member engages in dishonest or illegal transactions, TAIWANIZE reserves the right to cancel the transaction, deduct or adjust actual spending amounts or cumulative spending amounts, or limit the member’s ability to accumulate such amounts. In such cases, if the member does not raise an objection through the official membership system or customer service system within three days from the date TAIWANIZE issues the handling result notice, the member will be deemed to have fully accepted the outcome.

  • No actual spending amount or cumulative spending amount may be transferred or assigned to another account or individual.
  • Actual spending amounts and cumulative spending amounts may not be cashed out, redeemed for change, withdrawn, or repaid.
  • TAIWANIZE may adjust the rules governing actual spending and cumulative spending amounts from time to time and may notify members through website announcements, email, or SMS.

10. Use of Store Credit

Store credit refers to the credit issued to a successfully registered and bound member account through TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website system due to cumulative purchases, birthday benefits, signup store credit, or similar reasons, and may be used to offset eligible purchases.

  • Store credit is denominated in New Taiwan Dollars. NT$1 in store credit equals NT$1 in value.
  • Store credit is a complimentary benefit provided by TAIWANIZE and may not be cashed out, exchanged for change, withdrawn, or repaid.

Purchase Reward Store Credit by Tier

  • VIP Silver Member: when the actual paid amount for a single order is NT$3,000 or more and the payment is completed and shown as successful, the system will automatically issue NT$100 in store credit. For every NT$3,000 as one unit, NT$100 is issued, and this may accumulate.
  • VIP Gold Member: when the actual paid amount for a single order is NT$3,000 or more and the payment is completed and shown as successful, the system will automatically issue NT$150 in store credit. For every NT$3,000 as one unit, NT$150 is issued, and this may accumulate.
  • VIP Platinum Members, VIP Titanium Members, and VIP Diamond Members: when the actual paid amount for a single order is NT$2,000 or more and the payment is completed and shown as successful, the system will automatically issue NT$100 in store credit. For every NT$2,000 as one unit, NT$100 is issued, and this may accumulate.

Store credit may only be used at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and through the official website channel.

If a Regular Member spends NT$3,000 or more in a single purchase at a TAIWANIZE directly operated store or on the official website, that purchase only counts toward cumulative spending for membership upgrade purposes and does not generate purchase reward store credit.

The reason for issuance of store credit determines its validity period. Members are responsible for using store credit before expiration. The system does not separately remind members before expiry, and expired store credit will not be reissued.

Typical validity periods are as follows: 30 days for signup store credit, 60 days for purchase reward store credit, and 45 days for birthday store credit. TAIWANIZE reserves the right to change these periods at any time. The validity periods of other types of store credit are subject to website announcements or TAIWANIZE’s determination.

Store credit issuance information will be notified via email and the TAIWANIZE official website member center. Members are responsible for checking their account regularly. If there is a system calculation error, please report it within three days; otherwise, the member will be deemed to have no objection.

The specific terms of use and validity of TAIWANIZE promotional codes and store credit will be provided when each offer is issued through the member center, email, or other notification methods. If such terms conflict with this Membership Policy, the applicable campaign notice will prevail.

  • TAIWANIZE store credit may not be transferred or assigned to another account or individual and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • The discounted amount offset through TAIWANIZE store credit or similar benefits is a complimentary promotional benefit and no invoice will be issued for that offset amount.
  • Only the member themself may use store credit in their account, whether by logging into the official website membership account or by verifying the account information at a store.

The Following Situations Are Not Eligible for Use of TAIWANIZE Store Credit

  • Products not purchased through TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.
  • Products designated by TAIWANIZE as not eligible for coupons or similar benefits.
  • Promotional gifts or giveaway items.
  • Certain low-priced clearance items.
  • Other situations announced by TAIWANIZE.

TAIWANIZE reserves the final right to interpret the rules governing store credit use.

If a member uses store credit on an official website order and that order is later returned, the used store credit will not be returned to the member account.

For exchanges of equal-value goods or exchanges involving additional payment, the price difference may count toward tier qualification spending depending on the situation, but may not be combined with the original order amount to calculate store credit rewards, and store credit may not be used to offset the difference.

In the event of a partial return, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the actual paid amount of the returned item relative to the actual paid amount of the whole order. Store credit previously used on that order will not be returned, and if the transaction originally generated reward store credit, that reward will also be canceled after the return.

11. Use of Member Points

Members may begin accumulating member points once they have successfully become a TAIWANIZE Regular Member or higher and their membership is effective.

Member points and store credit are separate membership benefit systems.

When a member’s actual paid amount in a single purchase at a TAIWANIZE directly operated store or on the official website is NT$1,000 or more, 200 member points will be generated. For each additional NT$1,000 as one unit, another 200 member points may be accumulated.

Points are issued as follows: after payment is completed at a TAIWANIZE directly operated store, or seven days after an official website order changes to “picked up” or “delivered,” the system automatically generates and issues the points.

Member points may be used toward orders of NT$1,000 or more both online and in physical stores, and there is no upper redemption limit.

Every 500 member points may be redeemed for NT$25.

Accumulated member points will uniformly expire on June 30 of the following year. Members are responsible for monitoring the point expiration date. Expired points will not be reissued.

If membership information is not presented before payment is completed at a TAIWANIZE directly operated store, points will not be added retroactively.

If member points are used on an official website order and that order is later returned, the used points will not be returned to the member account.

12. Correction of Spending Amount

If there is an error in the cumulative spending amount, please raise an objection within ten days after the cumulative spending amount is generated or changed through a designated TAIWANIZE channel, such as official website customer service or TAIWANIZE customer service email, and provide complete proof of purchase or invoice information. TAIWANIZE may correct individual system errors based on the case. If no objection is raised within the stated period, the consumer will be deemed to have no objection.

Under special circumstances, TAIWANIZE has the right to deduct or adjust cumulative spending amounts and notify members by email. Members may, within ten days after TAIWANIZE issues such notice, raise an objection to the deduction or adjustment through official website customer service or customer service email.

13. Validity Period of Cumulative Spending Amount

Each order’s valid cumulative spending amount, from the date it is generated, will be counted toward spending accumulation within the corresponding period according to the applicable membership tier rules and system determination logic.

  • VIP Silver upgrade determination is based on valid cumulative spending within any 12 consecutive months.
  • VIP Gold, VIP Platinum, and VIP Titanium upgrade and renewal determination are based on valid cumulative spending within any 24 consecutive months.
  • VIP Diamond upgrade and renewal determination are based on valid cumulative spending within any 30 consecutive months.

The order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not continue to be counted toward the next upgrade or renewal cumulative spending requirement.

If any cumulative spending amount is canceled, deducted, expires, or is adjusted under this Membership Policy and related rules, the remaining valid cumulative spending amount after adjustment will automatically become the member account’s current valid cumulative spending amount.

14. Termination or Cancellation of Membership Qualification

If any of the following situations occur, including but not limited to those listed below, TAIWANIZE reserves the right to terminate the member’s qualification, related benefits, and services immediately without separate notice, effective immediately:

  • Providing information that is not the member’s own, is untrue, or is impersonated.
  • Dishonest accumulation not intended for ordinary consumer purchases.
  • Using the service in violation of this Membership Policy or related derivative terms, or engaging in unlawful conduct.
  • Malicious orders, fraudulent or unlawful accumulation of any spending amount, promotions, store credit, member points, or other member benefits.
  • Repeated malicious or unjustified returns or exchanges.

Members may at any time apply to terminate membership through TAIWANIZE official website customer service or customer service email. After identity verification, TAIWANIZE will delete or deactivate the relevant membership information so that membership services are no longer provided. However, TAIWANIZE still reserves the right to retain relevant records as required by law and for the purpose of avoiding later disputes.

After membership qualification is terminated, all purchase records and related benefits will also terminate and cannot be restored or traced back.

15. Membership Policy and Privacy Policy

TAIWANIZE will use the information you provide when applying for membership registration, including but not limited to phone number, name, email address, and other necessary information, in order to improve service quality, and will protect member privacy and personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read and understand the TAIWANIZE Privacy Policy when applying for membership.

By using TAIWANIZE membership services, you are deemed to agree to the TAIWANIZE Privacy Policy and agree that TAIWANIZE may use the personal information you provide for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to SMS, email campaigns, LINE push notifications, Facebook-type messaging, and joint marketing with brands under TAIWANIZE Nai Zhi Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. or its cooperating partners.

If you do not agree to this Membership Policy, the Privacy Policy, or any of their terms, conditions, or rules, please immediately stop using TAIWANIZE membership services.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Membership Policy and all related transactions and derivative matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

If this Membership Policy is translated into any other language, the Traditional Chinese version used in Taiwan shall prevail.

If any dispute or controversy arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it in good faith through consultation. TAIWANIZE reserves the final decision right regarding this Membership Policy, its rules, and related derivative terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
