After completing registration and verifying your email and mobile number, you can receive NT$50 in signup store credit.
Members of any tier can receive NT$200 store credit after completing name, email, mobile number, gender, birthday, and subscribing to Email, SMS, and LINE notifications.

How do membership upgrades work?
Membership tiers are automatically determined based on valid cumulative spending recorded in the member account during the applicable period. When requirements are met, the system updates the tier at 24:00 (GMT+8), effective at 00:00 the following day.
How is tier validity calculated?
Regular Members and VIP Silver Members are lifetime tiers. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Titanium are valid for 24 months. VIP Diamond is valid for 30 months.
How do renewals work?
Each VIP tier must meet its renewal threshold within the applicable validity period. If the original tier is not renewed, the system reassesses the tier based on valid cumulative spending during the corresponding period.
Does spending reset after upgrade or renewal?
Yes. The qualifying order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not continue to count toward the next cycle. The next cycle restarts from zero.
Can refunds or returns affect tier status?
Yes. If returns or refunds cause final valid spending to fall below the original tier or upgrade requirement, the system will reassess and adjust the tier.
How can store credit be used?
Store credit is denominated in New Taiwan Dollars; NT$1 in store credit equals NT$1 in value. It cannot be cashed out, transferred, or assigned to another account or individual.
How are points earned?
Members earn 200 points for every NT$1,000 spent; 500 points may be redeemed for NT$25.
Are NT$50 signup credit and NT$200 profile/subscription reward the same?
No. NT$50 is signup store credit after registration and verification. NT$200 is a profile and subscription reward for completing the required member information and notification subscriptions.
This Membership Policy was revised and officially took effect on March 15, 2026. From the effective date, membership eligibility, upgrades, renewals, and related benefits are subject to this page and system determination. Previous versions cease to apply from the effective date of the new program.
Regular Members and VIP Silver Members remain lifetime tiers. VIP Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Diamond Members are automatically evaluated, upgraded, renewed, or adjusted by the system based on the corresponding validity periods and renewal conditions.

The full TAIWANIZE Membership Policy is set out below. Membership status, tiers, store credit, points, birthday benefits, exclusive offers, event eligibility, and all other member benefits are subject to the full terms below and final system determination.
The purpose of the TAIWANIZE Membership Policy is to clearly explain and define the terms under which you register as a TAIWANIZE member, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties when you use the membership services provided by TAIWANIZE Nai Zhi Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. and/or its designated related channels.
This TAIWANIZE Membership Policy, and any future revised, added, or deleted versions of it, may be updated and announced from time to time. TAIWANIZE may adjust, suspend, or terminate all or part of the membership program, tier thresholds, reward ratios, points rules, store credit rules, birthday benefits, free shipping thresholds, or any other member benefits at any time based on operations, systems, legal requirements, promotions, or market conditions, without any obligation to compensate, cash out, exchange, or pay damages.
Please read and fully understand this Membership Policy before applying to become a member. By submitting a membership registration application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of its contents. If you do not agree to any part of it, please stop the registration process.
You must complete the membership registration process, provide your real name, email address, and mobile phone number, and complete verification and binding before you may become a member and use TAIWANIZE membership services.
Membership registration may be completed with assistance from staff at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or by registering yourself on the official website.
After becoming a member, purchases may be recognized when you provide your registered real name, verified email, verified mobile number, or shop on the official website while logged into your account, provided that the order is not refunded or returned.
VIP Silver and above members may receive store credit, points, and other benefits under this policy, within applicable validity periods and subject to use conditions and restrictions.
Benefits must be used according to their terms and this policy. Certain products, activities, discounts, codes, channels, or special circumstances may be excluded, and actual applicability is subject to TAIWANIZE announcements, system display, or store determination.
This Membership Policy becomes effective once you complete and submit your registration.
TAIWANIZE reserves the right to adjust, modify, add to, or delete membership policies, tiers, services, and related benefits. Updates may be notified by email, SMS, LINE, website announcement, or other appropriate methods. Changes take effect three days after notice or announcement, or on the effective date stated in the announcement.
If a member does not receive notice due to incorrect or outdated information, spam filtering, system blocking, device settings, platform restrictions, or any reason not attributable to TAIWANIZE, this does not affect the validity of the notice, announcement, benefit issuance, timing, expiration, or policy change.
Members are responsible for reviewing website announcements. Continuing to use membership services after an update takes effect means the member fully accepts the update.
By registering or using membership services, you also agree to all related terms, including the TAIWANIZE Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
You must complete the registration process through the TAIWANIZE official website or through staff at a directly operated store. The process includes:
All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and not missing. TAIWANIZE may reject or cancel registration if information is incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, impersonated, or abnormal. Each user may generally register only one account.
Membership qualification and purchase accumulation may not be transferred, loaned, inherited, or used for any purpose other than ordinary consumption with TAIWANIZE. Members must safeguard their account and password, and all actions through the account are deemed actions of the account holder.
TAIWANIZE may review registration information at any time and suspend or cancel membership and related services based on the review result.
Membership tiers are automatically determined based on valid cumulative spending recorded in the member account during the applicable period for each tier. Benefits remain subject to TAIWANIZE announcements, system records, and final system determination.
Regular Member: complete the required registration process.
VIP Silver: complete registration and spend NT$5,000 within any 12 consecutive months at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website.
VIP Gold: complete registration and spend NT$12,000 within any 24 consecutive months.
VIP Platinum: complete registration and spend NT$24,000 within any 24 consecutive months.
VIP Titanium: complete registration and spend NT$48,000 within any 24 consecutive months.
VIP Diamond: complete registration and spend NT$100,000 within any 30 consecutive months.
When requirements are met, the system updates the tier at 24:00 (GMT+8) on the day the threshold is reached, effective at 00:00 the following day. The system applies the highest eligible tier directly.
The qualifying order used for an upgrade or renewal does not continue to count toward the next upgrade or renewal cycle; the next cycle starts from zero.
If an order is refunded or returned and the final valid amount no longer meets the tier requirement, the tier will be reassessed and adjusted by the system.
If TAIWANIZE reasonably determines abuse, restriction circumvention, abnormal transactions, arbitrage, duplicate registrations, impersonation, system loophole use, non-ordinary consumer behavior, malicious orders or returns, or any conduct against good faith, TAIWANIZE may suspend, cancel, adjust, or recover membership status, cumulative spending, store credit, points, coupons, and related benefits without prior notice.
Regular Members and VIP Silver Members are lifetime tiers, subject to this policy and TAIWANIZE’s right to cancel, void, reduce, or adjust membership in cases of account irregularity, misuse, inaccurate information, or special circumstances.
VIP Gold, VIP Platinum, and VIP Titanium tiers are valid for 24 months from the effective date of the system update. VIP Diamond is valid for 30 months.
At the end of a validity period, if the member does not meet the renewal condition, the system automatically reassesses the applicable tier based on valid cumulative spending during the corresponding period.
Regular and VIP Silver membership are lifetime tiers unless otherwise announced or adjusted under this policy.
VIP Gold renews by spending NT$10,000 within 24 months. VIP Platinum renews by spending NT$20,000 within 24 months. VIP Titanium renews by spending NT$40,000 within 24 months. VIP Diamond renews by spending NT$80,000 within 30 months.
The order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not be included in the next upgrade or renewal threshold. After renewal, spending before the renewal date may not be counted toward the next upgrade.
After registration, purchases at TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and the official website count based on actual amount paid, excluding fractions of New Taiwan Dollars. Valid cumulative spending is updated by the system after checkout at 24:00 (GMT+8), effective at 00:00 the next day. Returned or refunded amounts do not count.
Members should regularly check order history and cumulative spending in the website member center.
For store purchases, members must request accumulation before checkout and provide verified membership information. No post-checkout retroactive accumulation is accepted. Shipping, store credit offsets, and discount code reductions do not count as actual or cumulative spending.
No spending is generated by purchases outside TAIWANIZE directly operated stores or the official website, purchases before membership takes effect, excluded products, special fees, gifts, employee discounts, special coupons/cards, or transactions identified as group buys.
If a member engages in dishonest or illegal transactions, TAIWANIZE may cancel transactions, deduct or adjust actual or cumulative spending, or restrict accumulation. If no objection is raised within three days after notice, the handling result is deemed accepted.
Actual and cumulative spending may not be transferred, cashed out, withdrawn, or repaid. TAIWANIZE may adjust the rules from time to time.
Store credit means credit issued to a registered member account through TAIWANIZE stores or website for reasons including purchase rewards, birthday benefits, signup credit, or profile/subscription rewards.
Store credit is denominated in New Taiwan Dollars; NT$1 in store credit equals NT$1 in value. It is a complimentary benefit and may not be cashed out, exchanged for change, withdrawn, repaid, transferred, or assigned.
Signup store credit: NT$50 after membership registration and email/mobile verification. Profile and subscription reward: NT$200 after completing name, email, mobile number, gender, birthday, and subscribing to Email, SMS, and LINE notifications. TAIWANIZE may issue or adjust based on system determination, campaign settings, and data completeness.
VIP Silver receives NT$100 for every NT$3,000 paid. VIP Gold receives NT$150 for every NT$3,000 paid. VIP Platinum, VIP Titanium, and VIP Diamond receive NT$100 for every NT$2,000 paid. Store credit is limited to TAIWANIZE directly operated stores and the official website.
Typical validity: signup credit 30 days, profile/subscription reward 30 days, purchase reward credit 60 days, birthday credit 45 days. TAIWANIZE may change validity periods at any time. Expired credit will not be reissued.
If store credit is used on a website order and the order is later returned, the used credit is not returned. For partial returns, refund calculation is based on the proportion of the returned item’s actual paid amount, and reward credit generated by the transaction will be canceled.
Members may begin earning points once they become Regular Members or above and membership is effective. Points and store credit are separate systems.
For eligible purchases of NT$1,000 or more, members earn 200 points for every NT$1,000 spent. Points are issued after store payment or seven days after a website order becomes picked up or delivered.
Every 500 points may be redeemed for NT$25. Points expire on June 30 of the following year and are not reissued after expiration.
If points are used on a website order and the order is later returned, the used points are not returned. Points are not added retroactively when membership information was not provided before store checkout.
If cumulative spending is incorrect, the member must raise an objection within ten days after the amount is generated or changed through TAIWANIZE’s designated channel and provide complete proof of purchase. TAIWANIZE may correct individual system errors. If no objection is raised in time, the member is deemed to have no objection.
Under special circumstances, TAIWANIZE may deduct or adjust cumulative spending and notify the member by email. The member may object within ten days after notice.
Each order’s valid cumulative spending is counted toward the applicable period according to the tier rules and system determination.
The order amount used to complete an upgrade or renewal will not continue to count toward the next cycle. If spending is canceled, deducted, expired, or adjusted, the adjusted remaining amount becomes the current valid cumulative spending amount.
TAIWANIZE may terminate membership, related benefits, and services immediately without notice if any of the following occurs:
Members may apply to terminate membership through customer service. After verification, TAIWANIZE will delete or deactivate relevant membership information, while retaining records as legally required and to prevent future disputes.
After termination, all purchase records and related benefits terminate together and cannot be restored or retroactively recovered.
TAIWANIZE will use information provided during registration to improve service quality and protect member privacy and personal information under the Privacy Policy.
By using membership services, the member agrees to TAIWANIZE’s Privacy Policy and agrees that TAIWANIZE may use provided personal information for marketing, including SMS, EDM, LINE push, Facebook-type push, and joint marketing with TAIWANIZE brands or partners.
If you do not agree to this Membership Policy, the Privacy Policy, or any related terms, please stop using TAIWANIZE membership services immediately.
This Membership Policy and related transactions and derivative matters are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
If this Membership Policy has translations in other languages, the Traditional Chinese version used in Taiwan shall prevail.
If a dispute arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it in good faith. TAIWANIZE reserves final decision rights regarding this policy and related terms. If unresolved, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
