1. Please confirm the product style, color, and size before purchasing.
2. Always follow the care label attached to the garment. Different materials, dyeing methods, prints, embroidery, or decorative techniques may require different care methods.
3. After deciding to keep the item, we recommend washing it before the first wear.
4. Dark, vivid, denim, or specially dyed items may still release excess dye or transfer color during the first few wears or washes, even after color-fixing treatment. This may occur due to the material, dye, soaking, moisture, sweat, or friction.
5. For the first wash, wash separately in cold water with a neutral detergent. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry bag before machine washing. Do not pour detergent directly onto the garment surface. Do not hand-scrub, soak for a long time, bleach, tumble dry, or wash with white, light-colored, or easily stained materials.
6. After washing dark-colored items, remove and dry them immediately. Do not leave them wet, stacked, or sealed inside the washing machine for long periods, as this may cause color transfer, staining, or odor.
7. During the first few wears of dark, denim, or highly saturated items, avoid prolonged contact with white or light-colored clothing, bags, shoes, sofas, car seats, or other easily stained materials. Take extra care when the garment is damp, sweaty, or subject to friction.
8. Color transfer or staining of other garments, accessories, shoes, bags, furniture, or belongings caused by mixed washing, long soaking, wet stacking, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Do not iron over printed, embroidered, rubber-printed, heat-transferred, or decorative areas.
10. Do not expose the garment to excessive sunlight for long periods.
11. Avoid contact with bleach, strong detergents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye or perm chemicals, ointments, or other chemicals, as these may cause local fading, discoloration, or fabric damage.
12. Items with abnormal wear, creases from use, stains, odors, washing, removed tags, or any condition affecting resale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
13. Online purchases are eligible for the seven-day cooling-off return policy. The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned items must remain new, unused, unwashed, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, such as odor, stains, washing, removed tags, or any condition affecting resale, eligibility for return will be assessed based on the actual condition.
14. Items purchased in physical stores are not subject to the online shopping seven-day cooling-off return policy, as style, color, size, and product condition can be checked in person. Returns and exchanges are handled according to store notices and the actual product condition.
