1. Before purchasing, please confirm the item type, color, and size.
2. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. Appropriate care may vary depending on the material, dye, print, embroidery, or decorative finish.
3. If you decide to keep the item, we recommend washing it once before first wear.
4. Dark, vivid, denim, and specially dyed items may release or transfer color during initial wear or washing, even when color-fixing treatments have been applied. This can occur due to the material, dye, soaking, moisture, perspiration, or friction.
5. For the first wash, wash separately in cold water with a neutral detergent. Turn the garment inside out, place it in a laundry bag, and machine-wash. Do not apply detergent directly to the fabric. Avoid hand scrubbing, prolonged soaking, bleach, tumble drying, and washing with white or light-colored garments or materials that readily absorb dye.
6. Remove dark-colored items promptly after washing and dry them immediately. Do not leave them wet, piled together, or inside the washing machine, as this may cause color transfer, staining, or odors.
7. During initial wear, keep dark, denim, and highly saturated items from prolonged contact with white or light-colored clothing, bags, shoes, sofas, car seats, and other materials prone to color transfer. Take particular care in the presence of moisture, perspiration, or friction.
8. Color transfer or staining to other garments, accessories, shoes, bags, furniture, or belongings caused by mixed washing, prolonged soaking, leaving the item wet, or failure to follow the care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Do not iron printed, embroidered, rubber-printed, heat-transferred, or decorative areas.
10. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
11. Avoid contact with bleach, strong detergents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye, perm solutions, ointments, and other chemicals, as these may cause localized fading, discoloration, or fabric damage.
12. Items showing wear beyond a reasonable inspection, wear-related creasing, stains, odors, washing, removed tags, or any other condition affecting resale are not eligible for return or exchange.
13. Online-store purchases are covered by a seven-day cooling-off period; however, this is not a trial period. Returned items must remain new, unused, and unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. If an item shows handling beyond what is necessary for inspection, odors, stains, washing, removed tags, or any other condition affecting resale, return eligibility will be determined based on its actual condition.
14. Items purchased at a physical store can be inspected for type, color, size, and condition at the time of purchase and are therefore not covered by the online seven-day cooling-off period. Returns and exchanges will be handled according to the store’s policy and the item’s actual condition.
