8. Color transfer or staining caused by mixed washing, long soaking, wet stacking, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Do not iron printed, embroidered, rubber-printed, heat-pressed, or decorative areas.
10. Do not expose garments to excessive direct sunlight.
11. Avoid contact with bleach, strong detergents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye or perm chemicals, ointments, or other chemical products, as they may cause partial fading, discoloration, or fabric damage.
12. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows abnormal wear, creases from use, stains, odor, washing, tag removal, or any condition that affects resale.
13. Online purchases are subject to a seven-day appreciation period. This period is not a trial period. Returned items must remain new, unused, unwashed, and complete with tags, packaging, and accessories. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, including odor, stains, washing, tag removal, or any condition affecting resale, eligibility for return will be determined based on its actual condition.
14. Items purchased at physical stores are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period for online purchases, as customers can confirm the style, color, size, and product condition on site. Returns and exchanges follow store announcements and the actual condition of the item.
