3. After confirming that you will keep the item, we recommend washing it before first wear.
4. Dark, vivid, denim, or specially dyed items may release excess dye or transfer color during the first few wears or washes due to material, dye, soaking, humidity, sweat, or friction.
5. For the first wash, wash separately with cold water and mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry bag before machine washing. Do not pour detergent directly onto the garment. Do not scrub by hand, soak for a long time, bleach, tumble dry, or wash with white, light-colored, or easily stained items.
6. Remove dark-colored items from the washing machine immediately after washing and hang dry. Do not leave them wet, stacked, or enclosed in the machine for a long time to avoid color transfer, staining, or odor.
7. For dark, denim, or highly saturated colors, avoid prolonged contact with white or light-colored clothing, bags, shoes, sofas, car seats, or other easily stained materials, especially when damp, sweaty, or under friction.
8. Color transfer caused by mixed washing, soaking, leaving garments wet, stacking, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Do not iron directly on printed, embroidered, rubber-printed, heat-transferred, or decorative areas.
10. Do not expose garments to excessive direct sunlight.
11. Avoid contact with bleach, strong cleaning agents, bathroom cleaners, hair dye or perm products, ointments, or other chemicals, as they may cause fading, discoloration, or fabric damage.
12. Items with signs of abnormal wear, creases from use, stains, odor, washing, removed tags, or any condition affecting resale cannot be returned or exchanged.
13. Online purchases are subject to a seven-day appreciation period, which is not a trial period. Returned items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and complete with tags, packaging, and accessories. Items showing use beyond necessary inspection may be evaluated according to their actual condition.
14. Items purchased in physical stores are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period for online shopping, as the style, color, size, and condition can be confirmed on site. Returns and exchanges follow store policy and the actual condition of the item.
